M E R R I M E N T: THE LONG VERSION
Taking photos has always been a hobby and creative outlet for me.
I began to study photography and how to take excellent pictures when I started traveling the world.
I began to study photography and how to take excellent pictures when I started traveling the world.
I wondered, "How can I really capture the moments, the experiences, the people, and the spirit of the places I'm visiting so that I never forget it?"
I longed to do more than just point and shoot my camera; I wanted my images to portray the feelings and the stories I was experiencing.
I longed to do more than just point and shoot my camera; I wanted my images to portray the feelings and the stories I was experiencing.
This interest led me to learn more about the composition and mechanics of a good photograph. In between traveling, I've gone through photo stages, and the times with a camera before me have always brought me great joy. This hobby led itself to casually capturing my friends' special moments, both large and small.
Blessed with wonderful friends and family who are also my cheerleaders and encouragers {and even teachers (Lauren Jackson and Ginny Corbett are amazing~
